Beautiful

TGIF friends!  Oh man I love the weekend.  It's a 4 day one for me since Santino has no school on the 10th as well as the 11th for Veterans Day :)  God Bless our soldiers and all they give for us.

Today I have my layout for Swirlydoo's Kit Club's Butterfly Challenge.  I love butterflies so I love making layouts with them.  Rarely does a layout of mine not have them.  Anyone can enter the challenge you don't have to be a kit subscriber.  Click on the Swirlydoo name to check out info on the kit if you'd like.  I used the beautiful Treasured Yesterdays kit. Packed with scrumptious goodness!  What a great selection of papers and embellies to make some beautiful creations.

Here's my layout.  Sorry for the crummy pics, my lighting was just terrible and I couldn't get it right no matter what!

This is my daughter Desirae and Sophia from 8 years ago.  Sophia was a peanut still!  I was taking pics of them all for our Christmas card and they climbed into a tree in our yard.

I did a bit of texture paste with my homemade mix and a brick wall stencil from Sa Crafters.  The clock is a stamp set from Heartfelt Creations that I had left over.  My washi tape was a prize from Maria Cole and tissue tape from Tim Holtz. Prima flowers and Blue Fern chippie along with the pretty Prima butterfly stick pin.  The small flowers are from I Am Roses and I sprayed them with Lindy's.  The butterflies are printables that I have saved on my puter.  The paper is called Montage.  Blue Fern is really making some awesome lines of paper.

Thanks for the visit!  Have a great weekend,
