Paint can
I trimmed the papers to fit around the paint can, mod podging the can before placing, then m.p. over paper. I fussy cut Alice just a bit and added some stickles, distressed my tea pot and flower diecuts with some inking and stickled them, stacking with my sticky squares and glue dots. I used glue dots to stick the clock hands on.

I placed 2 squares of Le Cirque paper on the outside of the album, covered the pockets and cut tags with the various papers from the collection. I inked and stickled, did some fussy cutting, glossy accented some stamp size cuts I did for embellishing. I added 2 brads on the top and bottom cover of the album so I could use some ribbon with the key charm attached to hold it closed. I modified how to attach the pockets with hinges like Laura Denison uses in her albums. I found it makes it more conducive to adding the tags to the pockets as well as embellishing each one.
Paula! Your off the page work is off the chain! You should be chosen for the DT. It's so fun to see how you've grown over the last couple of years. Terrific work!
ReplyDeleteNice projects, Paula. Good luck with your submissions!
ReplyDeleteIt's all just so wonderful Paula! Love the banner, and your paint can is just full of crafty goodness, I could look at it for hours! Same with your mini... it's all beautiful! Good look on the design team call... have my fingers crossed for ya!
ReplyDeleteThanks girls :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed. It was fun creating the projects, and to be able to do it for Graphic 45 themselves would be fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThese are fabulous! My favourites are the paint can (I'm a huge Alice in Wonderland fan) and the Cirque pocket album. Amazing stuff!
