Graphic 45 Design Team 2012 Audition

Graphic 45 has put out a design call for their 2012 team. I decided to give it a shot. This is the first time trying out for something like this and I am VERY excited. G45 is one of the most amazing papers in the papercrafting world and I love everything they have, so here goes...

Le Cirque Pocket Album

Le Cirque 8x8 pad

Pine Cone Press Pocket Album

brads, ribbon, bakers twine, stickles, glimmer mist, Prima flowers

Tim Holtz Distress Inks

Fiskar scallop punch

Cricut E2
tags, butterflies, flowers, florishes
*
Adhesive
tape gun, scotch glue stick, glue dots, adhesive squares,
glossy accents, terrifically tacky tape 1/4 "

I placed 2 squares of Le Cirque paper on the outside of the album, covered the pockets and cut tags with the various papers from the collection.  I inked and stickled, did some fussy cutting, glossy accented some stamp size cuts I did for embellishing. I added 2 brads on the top and bottom cover of the album so I could use some ribbon with the key charm attached to hold it closed.  I modified how to attach the pockets with hinges like Laura Denison uses in her albums.  I found it makes it more conducive to adding the tags to the pockets as well as embellishing each one.

  4. Thanks girls :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed. It was fun creating the projects, and to be able to do it for Graphic 45 themselves would be fantastic!
