Have ya ever really noticed what a pretty color beets are? I love to roast them on the grill with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
This is "Duende" she hangs in our kitchen. A revelation for me was hubby telling me he loved the pic because it reminded him of me :)
Grilled beets, that's a new one! Looks scrumptious....and their colour really can't be beat!heehee...
