Swirlydoos Round Robin
Happy Monday friends! I come to you with a layout I did for the Swirlydoos Round Robin Challenge. Give a quick click to check it out :) I used the beautiful Enchanted Evening Kit along with stash items to create this piece. The challenge was flowers and so I had a blast since I love them on my layouts. The papers were gorgeous from Bo Bunny's Rose Cafe line. The beautiful pic is of my gorgeous Sophia and her friend Valerie at Valerie's Great Gatsby themed birthday party!
I made these pretty asters on the left with Heartfelt Creations aster stamp and die set. I really H.C's things! The rest of the flowers were from I Am Roses. A great selection for a really reasonable price. Homemade texture paste with a word stencil over some distress ink in Victorian Rose along with a bit of Lindy's splats. The chippie in the top right was from my stash from Creative Embellishments. The flat backs I made myself with beads that I melted. I love making flowers, I wish I made time to do it more often.

Be Mine
Hi friends! Oooo, Friday the 13th! Lol, I've never been one to get up in arms and superstitious about that stuff :) I'ts Valentine's weekend, I love when it falls on Friday or Saturday. Got any fun plans with a loved one? I'm making my family's favorite, bracioltinis and fettuccine alfredo with yummy chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert :D
Over at Swirlydoos this month the card round robin is a great one! Click their name to check this challenge out. I'm in the Anything Goes card group, I was up at bat first and this is my fun Valentine card.
I used Authentique's Lovely line from a couple of years ago. I love this line. My cricut carts for the corner pieces and the hearts. I just layered them on top of one another and pop dotted them for dimension. Inking along the edges for more definition. I sprayed some Lindy's and did some stickling and added flat back pearls. What do you think? Cards aren't my go to design fave, but I do like making them when I sit and give it a go!
Thanks for stopping by, have a Happy Valentine's Day and weekend!

File Folder Mini
This album was made as a Christmas gift for my cousin and his fiance. I used quite a bit of Prima from my Swirlydoo kit and from my stash. This style album holds so many pics, it's amazing. Kathy Orta is a genius when it comes to this. Here are my pics -
This was Prima's Time Traveler paper in the Vintage Love kit as well as Prima from my stash. I want to say the Engraver collection and a couple others. I love how you can add extra pics in the pockets as well ass all the pics you can see and put on mats and tags.
I have been very lazy in my scrapping and blogging. I have so many ideas, yet I haven't made the time to get busy with them. Oh well, have the mojo, but not the free time. I need to prioritize.
Hope you like! Thanks for visiting.
